HandsOn Cookery Workshop is a registered charity, set up in 2002 to teach basic cookery skills relating to nutrition, hygiene and budgeting - empowering participants to reduce their reliance on expensive and unhealthy convenience foods and building their confidence and independence.

We offer practical hands-on experience in our classes and courses. The participants shop for, prepare and cook a two-course meal - and then enjoy eating the fruits of their labour with the group in a friendly and sociable environment.

We aim to work with local produce within the area and use seasonal foods.
